About these terms

These terms apply to everyone who visits jaybothra.in or buys from Veloura Fabrics. By using the website or placing an order, you agree to them. Please read them together with our Shipping Policy, Returns and Refunds Policy and Privacy Policy.

Who we are

Veloura Fabrics is a Surat textile business that weaves fabric on its own airjet, rapier and jacquard looms. We sell pure linen and grey fabrics by the metre, semi-ready clothing and custom orders, and we take bulk orders. In these terms, "we", "us" and "our" mean Veloura Fabrics, and "you" means the visitor or customer.

Using our website

• You must be 18 or older to place an order, or use the website with the consent of a parent or guardian.

• Give correct details when you order or create an account, and keep your login details private. You are responsible for activity on your account.

• We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms.

Products and colours

• All fabrics are sold per metre, unless a product page says otherwise.

• Linen is a natural fibre. Small slubs, changes in texture and slight shade differences between batches are normal and are not defects.

• Colours can look different on different screens. If an exact shade matters to you, message us on WhatsApp for a photo of the fabric before you order.

• Some model photos on our website are digitally created to show how a fabric may look when stitched. You receive the fabric described in the product details. Garments shown in photos are for styling only and are not included.

Prices and payment

• Prices are in Indian Rupees (₹). Taxes and shipping charges are shown at checkout before you pay.

• Payments are handled by our secure payment partners. We do not see or store your full card details.

• If a product is listed at a wrong price because of an error, we may cancel the order and refund you in full, even after you have paid.

Orders, cancellations and cutting

• Your order is confirmed when you receive our order confirmation by email or WhatsApp.

• We may decline or cancel an order, for example if the fabric is out of stock or the order details are incorrect. If you have already paid, we will refund you in full.

• Fabric is cut to the length you order. You can cancel free of charge until your fabric is cut. Once it is cut, the order cannot be cancelled.

Shipping

• We ship across India.

• Delivery times shown on the website are estimates. Delays caused by courier partners, weather or other events outside our control can happen.

Returns and refunds

• Because fabric is cut to order, cut fabric cannot be returned or exchanged unless it is damaged, defective or not what you ordered.

• If there is a problem, tell us within 48 hours of delivery by WhatsApp or email, with clear photos and an unboxing video.

• Once we confirm the problem, we will offer you a replacement or a full refund.

• Approved refunds are paid back to your original payment method, and we will tell you when the refund has been processed.

Bulk and custom orders

• Bulk and custom orders are priced by quote. A quote is valid for the period written on it.

• We may ask for an advance payment before production starts.

• Custom orders, including special colours or custom weaving, cannot be cancelled once production has started.

• Small differences in shade, width or weight between a sample and bulk production can occur and are normal for woven fabric.

Discount codes

• Only one discount code can be used per order. A code can be used once per customer unless it says otherwise.

• Codes cannot be exchanged for cash or applied to past orders.

• We may change or withdraw a code at any time.

Our content and brand

Everything on this website belongs to Veloura Fabrics or is used with permission. This includes our name, logo, product photos, fabric designs, product descriptions and page designs. You may view our pages and share links to them. You may not copy, download, sell or reuse our content without our written permission.

Use of AI tools and copying of our products

Using our content with artificial intelligence (AI) tools to copy or imitate our products is strictly prohibited. Without our written permission, you must not:

• upload our photos, fabric designs, product listings or text to any AI tool to create similar images, designs or products;

• use AI to make copies, imitations or look-alike versions of our fabrics, colours, designs or product photos, and then sell, publish or promote them;

• use our name, logo or content in AI-generated material in a way that suggests it comes from, or is approved by, Veloura Fabrics;

• scrape or collect our content, by bot or by hand, to train or feed any AI system.

Any such use is a breach of these terms and may also infringe our rights under Indian law, including copyright and trademark law. If we find it, we may take suitable action, including:

• asking you to remove the content immediately;

• reporting it to the website, marketplace or social media platform where it appears;

• blocking your access to our website and closing your account;

• taking legal action to stop the misuse and to claim damages and legal costs.

Acceptable use

You must not misuse the website. This includes placing fake orders, trying to access accounts or systems that are not yours, uploading harmful code, or using bots to overload the site.

Reviews and feedback

We only publish genuine reviews from real customers. If you send us a review, photo or feedback, you confirm it is honest and your own, and you allow us to show it on our website and social media with your first name and city. We may remove reviews that are false, abusive or off-topic.

Our responsibility to you

• We take care to describe our fabrics accurately. Natural variations in linen are not defects.

• To the extent the law allows, our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order.

• We are not responsible for delays or losses caused by events outside our reasonable control, such as courier delays, strikes, natural disasters or internet outages.

• Nothing in these terms limits your rights as a consumer under Indian law.

Privacy

We use your personal details only to process and deliver your orders and to support you. Please see our Privacy Policy for full details.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The date at the top shows the latest version. Each order is covered by the terms in force when it was placed.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute will be subject to the courts at Surat, Gujarat. This does not affect your right to approach a consumer commission under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019.

Grievance officer

If you have a complaint, please contact our grievance officer. We will acknowledge your complaint within 48 hours and resolve it within one month of receiving it.
